100%! All unrestricted Cougar Pride donations fund the scholarships we provide for our student-athletes in 17 sport programs and the priority needs of Houston Athletics.
A UNRESTRICTED or Cougar Pride donation supports the annual fund. These donations fund student-athlete scholarships in all 17 sport programs and the priority needs of Houston Athletics. A RESTRICTED donation (Sport Specific or Capital Campaign), directly funds the specific program or capital campaign project.
All donations made to Houston Athletics have a vast impact on our sport programs. Our primary focus is to offset the costs of student-athlete scholarships through the Cougar Pride Annual Fund. Sport specific programs have their own membership giving levels and benefits. Donations made to sport specific programs or capital campaign projects accrue priority points.
