Cougar Pride Team

Cougar Pride has partnered with the Health and Human Performance Department/Sport and Fitness Administration Program to start the FANgineer Program to lead the charge in providing a white-glove service for the premium seat areas. Additionally, the FANgineers are to gain experience in the Cougar Pride office by providing customer service and assisting with tasks that drive revenue for Cougar Pride. FANgineers serve as goodwill ambassadors to season ticket holders and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANgineers will also serve as a liaison between donors, maintenance staff, and Athletic Department personnel.
